The Innovative Projects Exhibition is an integral component of our summit, designed to celebrate innovation, foster collaboration, and showcase cutting-edge research and projects. It provides students with a platform to present their work to a diverse audience of industry professionals, researchers, scholars, and potential investors.

The National Biomedical Engineering Summit (NBES) poster competition welcomes participation from students, including undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate students pursuing studies in biomedical engineering or related fields.

• A tangible prototype related to the presented project is mandatory for each participating individual/ group.
• The prototype should visually represent and enhance the understanding of the biomedical engineering innovation.
• Whether physical or software-based, the prototype should be available for live demonstration during the event (a table will be provided on-site for the placement of the prototype).

To submit your poster for consideration, please follow these steps:

• Register for the summit and indicate your interest in participating in the poster competition.
• Prepare your poster according to the submission guidelines (use the provided template).
• Submit your poster via the online submission portal by March 3, 2024.
• Await confirmation of your submission and further instructions regarding presentation logistics.
